YGK acquires personal information, including names, dates of birth, email addresses, credit card information, shipping addresses, billing addresses, and other information relating to living individuals that can identify a specific person through descriptions such as name and date of birth (including information that can be easily cross-referenced with other information to identify a specific individual), as well as personal identification codes, by lawful and fair means in accordance with the purposes of use set forth in these disclosed matters or in the terms of use for individual projects and services.
