(Note 1) This line features an ultra-high-strength PE core within an 8-strand braid; it resists flattening far better than conventional PE lines and maintains an exceptionally round profile. Consequently, because there is minimal line compression, the actual length of line that fits onto the reel spool may be slightly less than usual.

(Note 2) With conventional lines, you could estimate when to replace the line based on signs of deterioration (such as color fading or fraying). However, because the rated strength of "Oddsport" is largely derived from its core, the reduction in strength due to surface wear is minimal. Please consider the line due for replacement if the core begins to shift significantly during use.
